Program Includes: 12 Focused Coaching Sessions, materials and resources for reading, support via email in between sessions, focused action steps for every session, accountability and unconditional love on your healing journey.
- Heal your inner child – release emotional blocks and traumas, set your inner child free so she can play and allow the adult you to charge.
- Engage in activities and behaviors that manage stress. Become aware of when you are “stressed” (do you know what you do exactly when that happens or do you go into robot mode and head for the fridge?). Get tools to recognize, overcome and change behavior.
- Shift your relationship with your body – “I am beautiful, strong and powerful”. Your body loves you unconditionally – every moment of every day it is working to bring itself and you back into balance.
- Change your language. Your body listens to you – “I am sick/fat/unhealthy vs. I am well/strong/healthy”
- Nourish your inner child with love. Fuel your body with foods (and colors!) that work for you and where you are now.
- Discover the power within you – be the change (daily focused action), feel the transformation in body, mind and spirit.
